SurgiShop sources surplus surgical disposables directly from healthcare facilities, bypassing traditional distributor markups. Because these are brand-name, OEM products, you receive the same trusted quality—just at a significantly lower price.
No. The price you see is the price you pay—no contracts, no hidden markups, and no unexpected charges.
No. Unlike many suppliers, we don’t require bulk commitments. You can purchase exactly what you need, whether that’s a single unit or several boxes.
Yes. Many facilities choose SurgiShop even while under a GPO contract. Our pricing often beats contracted rates on select items, and because we don’t interfere with your existing agreements, we act as a cost-saving supplement to your GPO purchasing strategy.
No. Our purchases operate independently of your LOC. Since we are not a contracted distributor, buying from SurgiShop won’t impact your tiered pricing or volume-based agreements with OEMs.
All products we sell are OEM-sealed, unused, and within expiration. We never offer expired or opened items. Every product undergoes strict quality control before being listed for sale.

Most in-stock items ship the same day your order is placed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

While donation is a generous option, it’s not always the most effective. Many medical missions receive items they can’t use—for example, lap bands, which aren’t a priority in many underserved regions. These organizations often end up reselling such items to fund the supplies they actually need.
Meanwhile, health systems face rising costs from tariffs, inflation, and shipping challenges. Selling your surplus inventory first helps recoup value and put funds back into your budget. Anything unsold can still be donated to the right organizations where it makes the most impact.
Returns vary depending on the product type, expiration date, demand, and current market conditions. Facilities can often recover a significant percentage of the original cost, especially for high-demand items. We provide fair market value assessments to ensure competitive payouts.
Yes. We document lot numbers for all incoming and outgoing inventory, allowing us to track exactly where each item came from and where it was shipped. We source only from reputable healthcare facilities, ensuring everything is OEM-sealed, in-date, and meets strict industry standards.
Returns from hospitals and surgery centers must be requested within 7 days of receipt and include the original invoice, reference and lot numbers, and quantities. Goods must match the original shipment and pass inspection. Refunds are issued as in-house credit only, and SurgiShop may charge fees or decline returns. Exclusions: items 202050, 205620, 72011, 60011, 50011; items with less than 90 days to expiration unless stated otherwise; and B2B sales for resale or use by non-surgical end users. The RMA process includes purchase verification, issuance of RMA and instructions, and a FedEx label (other carriers at buyer’s expense). If tracking isn’t active within 10 business days, a reminder is sent; no movement by 15 days may lead to cancellation; no response by day 18 voids the RMA. Upon return, a 72-hour inspection is conducted; approved items receive a Credit Memo or replacements. Discrepancies are reported within 7 business days with documentation.
We use PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways to ensure all transactions are encrypted and secure. Your full credit card details are never stored on our servers, and we follow strict industry standards to protect your data.
