Surgical Sales Rep


***This position initially will be heavily focused on phone sales, however, traveling and field visits could be more frequent once your network is more developed.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, or other CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal skills are required.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Associates degree will be considered with relevant experience)
  • Ideally 3-5 years of sales related experience ( surgical/medical sales experience required)

Job Type: Full-time

Commissions: % of gross sales figure

Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year


We advise that all applicants have medical/sales-related experience prior to applying. However, SurgiShop will invest resources, time, and effort into reps that demonstrate that they possess the aptitude and mindset to be successful.

Training will be an array of written materials, role-plays, conference calls, and team assistance with set appointments (ALSO: on-line joint presentations or ride along for pitches to qualified leads for larger practices or multiple practices over consecutive days).

Training is NOT the same as being hired for the position. This is an opportunity to join a team and organization where reps are able to make uncapped commissions on gross sales! Therefore, applicants must understand that the training will be challenging and not something that can be learned overnight.

Ultimately, our CSO (Chief Sales Officer) will decide whether or not each training candidate will be qualified for full-term employment.
